Please let us know as possible and we can attempt to reschedule.

No refunds on scheduled appointments but we do our best to reschedule and remain flexible if you are unable to attend and communicate that to us in a timely manner. 

This is extremely rare but in the event a Brand Specialist has to cancel we will notify you immediately and schedule an appointment for the next available time. 

Each subscription package is for one month and subscription can be canceled before the next month is set to renew. If you decide to cancel, please try to do so 1 week before the next month renews to prevent further billing.

While results may vary for each artist, we will do our best to provide the highest level of success based on each artists individual goals. Results are also based on how closely the artist follows the consultation advise.

We do encourage the selection of a subscription for us to better serve you and provide more of a custom service. The Bronze subscription is Free and other packages can be cancelled at any time.

In our monthly artist session, one of our brand specialist will sit down with the artist via zoom to set goals, listen to artists struggles/concerns, and develop a business plan and growth strategy while providing strategies to increase their revenue from music. If you have a specific point of focus we can focus on that as well. To get the most from this session, please complete the questionnaire and submit music for review at least 2-3 days prior your initial artist session.

The higher tier subscriptions offer longer artists sessions but additional sessions, music submission or marketing ads can be purchased individually. Prices and add-ons offered are available on the pricing page.
